This Privacy Statement applies to the products, services and the website at (hereafter: the Website), as well as the use thereof, belonging to L&D Support Nederland B.V. and L&D Support International Products B.V. (hereafter: L&D), both located at Valeriusstraat 193, 1075 EW Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

L&D Support makes every effort to guarantee your privacy and comply fully with prevailing privacy laws and regulations. This Privacy Statement explains the purposes for which we use your personal details. It also outlines which safeguards are in place to protect how your details are processed.


When you visit our Website and use our products and services, you may provide us with your personal details. These details could be traced back to you, whether directly or indirectly. Processing Purposes

We use the personal details we acquire for the following purposes:

• We use your e-mail address to send you our newsletter;
• If you enter contact details in our contact form, we will store these details for as long as is reasonably necessary to process your question or request;
• We extrapolate a profile of interests based on the products and services you purchase from us or use on a trial basis, in order to show you targeted offers;
• In the closed assessment environment, we process the following personal details: Name, age, gender, company name, job title, city, telephone number, addresses, e-mail addresses, education, assessment results based on the completed questionnaires, and other information acquired in that context.

We use the Google Analytics service offered by Google Inc., but only on the public section of the Website, and not in the assessment environment. Google Analytics uses cookies (small text files stored on your computer) to help us analyze how visitors use the Website. You can refuse to accept cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser.

Processing Assistance

In the event that L&D relies on assistance from other parties to process your personal details, for instance by sending a newsletter, L&D will make sure that these 'processors' will only use the personal details for the purposes described above and will take appropriate measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of the personal details.

Third Parties

L&D does not sell and/or lease your personal details to third parties. Individual reports prepared on the basis of assessment data as entered will only be provided to the organization that gave us the assignment. L&D may provide your personal details to third parties if they are required to do so by statutory obligation.
